The link is down because the 3K Zhushou package has been updated and the old file removed.

And get the com.jailbreak.kk deb link. Or com.jailbreak.kkipad for the iPad Version.

when i go on it with safari comes only white site but in the tab view i see the page theres writing install with ifile but when i go on it only white page why ?

Open it and just wait for the download to end and gou should get options to open in iFile. If not, try re-opening.
