IDA keeps upload without stop

cant find arm64 in IDA only armv7 please help me to learn using IDA

it gave me error C:\User\dzcracker\Desktop\ida66\plugins\python.plw: can't load file

This is not an error. You just don't have Python 2.7.2 installed. Do not worry about it
