Social Shops Decline some countries card specially asian or not popular. Maybe your card not enough money or not enough for limit some card have limit to purchase

Thats not good answer because bank never give answer why your card decline they will said it looks normal in server then they say contact that shop moderators. i have same prob .

so diclined. right?
