Hello, I am very embarrassed.
I am using windows 7 pc and ios 8.3 iphone 6 jail break. Switch to the lldb window and type in the command below and press enter: I get this error: "failed to get reply to handshake packet" and with 127.0 .0.1: 23 I get

Unplug then plug in device

What do you mean to unplug the device?

It is the same message no matter how many times it is executed. Help me.

phone ssh window (putty) type:

Debugserver your.pc.ip.here:8018 --attach = ProcessID
Then in your pc type lldb window this:

Process connect connect: //your.idevice.ip.here: 8018
Wait a few seconds, then when process xxx stops and you get some kernel stuff, press ctrl + c to debug the app
