Cydia Substrate is not supported by A12.

Is your iPhone newer than iPhone X? IE iPhone xr, iPhone xs, iPhone xs max, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 pro, iPhone 11 pro max.

You can find Substitute in Cydia instead of Cydia Substrate.

Noticed this tweak requirements: Cydia Substrate but not Substitute, but some other tweaks are worked perfectly on Cydia Substrate or Substitute. In other words we should be patiently waiting for an update to support Substitute.
