Help/Support Device Management (cant install games)

Please help. Have a company iphone se that has Meraki device management on it. Is there a way to install games on it without using the app store? Is there a way around the device management? The company i work for does not support having games on the phone. I'm going crazy!

You could possibly use vshare, or get the advanced VIP package here and download prehacked apps
