I downloaded this and everything works except the diamond hacks. I have 55 diamonds and when I refish it shows me it costs negative diamonds to refish, I click to refish and it refishes but my diamonds stay at 55

Just locate to the Save Location for this game using iFile / Filza and find the library or Documents folder, ( not sure which holds the saves , so just change both ), then set permission to 777. U can search it how to set to 777 in IG.

You can't unless you restart your game as in a new save

FYI the game was updated to 1.0.3 which isn't a forced update. I haven't updated yet to see if the hack works still. Just letting you know
