I really haven't found a solution yet but it seems the game only freezes my progress only when I edit my values too much or I accidentally edit the value wrong. Reinstalling the game solves the issue for me but only happens when I edit values and miss up. It's unpredictable cause as soon as the game progress "freezes," I can't progress, train, coin freezes, and also the league. But when I open and close the app couple times or clear the "cache," the game lets me progress a bit than it freezes again. I suggest when you go to edit values, don't manage to miss up editing values or get negative values.
