Upgrading to iOS 7.1.x causes afc2add that's on the ModMyi to not work properly and even cause problems. Well, the team behind the Pangu Jailbreak has also released a new afc2add on their repo which supports iOS 7.1.x perfectly.

Uninstall the other one. Install this and reboot.
