When Trying to Update Cydia and installing a Tweak

When it Reload Cydia Sources

When Trying to Install a tweak and guess what Pops up.

I Got no Tweaks

When try installing One by One

HOW TO FIX THIS ERROR WITHOUT A COMPUTER OR FILE MANAGER?

Here Some Info

My IDevice Get Erase By Find my iPhone so I reJailbroken my device with Yalu102. When I launch Cydia It ask me to update Cydia and ask to install Some Cydia Tweak. When it was updating it got error  about DPKG_LOCKED and When I press return to Cydia nothing had Update. 

Cant install iFile or Filza because it keep asking me to install Cydia Update or You can help me to install iFile or Filza without Cydia.

And just reload your sources in Cydia

I had the same issue , took me a while to fix it  does open ssh work for you?

SSH did not Even Work But all my tweak and sources was gone.

@nathanook try to install the tweaks one by one, I have this issue too, but then install one by one fix for me.

I had to use it on an iPad Air that had dpkg locked and I literally couldn't do anything. I found this and tried it, worked first go. Hope it works for you as good.
