Help/Support Blank cydia tweak !?

Help after delete the mobilesubstrate (someone recommend for reset ipad using cydia eraser) the only thing work is cydia ,other it tweak when i open it blank and crash.(filza,icleaner,....)

Mobilesubstrate used for running tweaks if you uninstall it then you can't use tweaks

Pretty much since mobilesubstrate run everything on cydia
