I think just a few not everyone. Now i start new account and upgrading to lv 22 not banned for now. My trick is not upgrade castle fast. Spend gems by purchase titans and relics and  try to up lv with titan fusion.

90% of times you will be banned only because other players report you.

Theese hacks are safe if you know how to use them.

hide yourself and change your name frequently  then no one can report you.........I think that's the trick
