I think just a few not everyone. Now i start new account and upgrading to lv 22 not banned for now. My trick is not upgrade castle fast. Spend gems by purchase titans and relics and  try to up lv with titan fusion.

90% of times you will be banned only because other players report you.

I heard about people unbanning their own account, does anyone know more about this??
