You should have a file next to your tweak.xm named "control" (no extension)

 

If you don't, create it and add this:

Package: com.replace.me
Name: Name That Will Appear On Cydia
Depends: mobilesubstrate
Version: 1.0.0
Architecture: iphoneos-arm
Description: An awesome MobileSubstrate tweak from iOSGods.com!
Maintainer: DiDA
