On iFunBox, I can't do anything with the Preferences folder inside the Library folder of any app.

I can edit and move everything else, except for the Preferences folder. I don't know why.

it happen a long time not only ifunbox. the reason is ios 7 and ios 8

Yeah, that's why I'm just waiting for 8.2 to come out, and I'm hoping for a jailbreak

I tried every other app as well, and it got the same result as iFunBox. The temporary fix was to downgrade iTunes to 12.0.1, but that didn't do anything to my iFunBox.

Use AnyTrans or iTools.

Both in tools section.

iFunBox is getting pretty old now..

iOS 8.1.3

I'm thinking that's the cause of the iFunBox problem. So I'm just waiting on iOS 8.2

As for apps, it affects all of them (just the Library folder. The other folders are all fine).

Yup, it affects every file transfer application

iOS 8.1.3 has done something to every 3rd party application, just like iTunes 12.1

iOS 8.1.3 has done something to every 3rd party application, just like iTunes 12.1

Could this be because of permissions of the file on your iPhone?

Or maybe latest iTunes?
