Please i have a problem, after i reboot my iphone (jailbreak 9.3.3) or , why all my applications like line path instagram safari etc can not open? Direct force close .. need help please

Im assuming you've rejailbroken after rebooting correct? Have you tried respringing into safe mode to see if they work there? (An easy way to boot into safe mode is with PowerTap tweak).

If they work in safe mode but not in regular jailbroken state, you most likely have a tweak or flex patch that is conflicting. Try uninstalling recent tweaks/patches that could have any affect on these apps.
