This is a free game but only gives 3 missions to start with, after that, you need to purchase the additional missions at a price. There are also skirmish maps aswell as missions that are purchasable.

the currency value is editable by memory editor so I'm wondering if anything else (iAp content) is as easy to get into.

I have tried using IAPCrazy/localIAPStore but with no luck.

Also tried flex using tutorials found from here about "how to enable in app purchases with flex" but no luck also.
