Cydia Jailbreak succeeded, but keep on loading.. No cydia appear..

If anyone know about the jailbreak certificate, my iphone 6s Plus got crashed about 1 week ago.. during that time i am in germany my home is singapore. so i erased my phone because i tot i could rejailbreak but sadly i cant.. till today i reach home, i still cant jailbreak my phone. impactor doesnt work, pphelper wont stop loading in my comp.. i have no idea what i should do.

jailbreak succeeded, but keep on loading..
