Yes. now this hack has some limitations. Ex: You can't use crowns as you want to speed up buildings, increase your crowns unusually, and cannot occupy all the workers at the same time. 
because of these implementations, I think Dominations AI cannot easily detect the players who used this hack. I also got banned two times a few years ago, But now am playing this back with this hack without any issue. You can try this.
