It depends on the game you want to make it for and is it server sided or not if it has client data or not

There is no specific guide on creating anti bans as each server ( presuming you want to bypass the ) have different models and characteristics

There is no need for ida you can simply make a java program to delete the data in the file system and it will delete everything including the ban but your data will deleted and it needs root to run or I think so because I don't that much about java
