why does it say ifile registration failed? im using iphone 6s ios 10.0.2 yalu102 

fixed my problem by using respring+ instead of respring

ummm it also doesn't show in menu and crashes cydia, ifile and pokemon shuffle, does the deb work with iso 10.0.2 and which jail break are you using?
