General [POLL] Shoutbox VS IP Chat

Shoutbox
Pros:
- Can use BBCodes such as [scroll] etc.
- Available on Board Index
- No user limit
- Can see new topics posted

Cons:
- 30 Seconds to refresh the shouts
- Not available on mobile skin
- May be laggy on mobile in Web version

IP Chat
Pros:
- Can send private chat to specific member
- Can open chat in a pop-up
- Chatting is instant. No need to wait for new messages to appear
- Join/Leave message (message when a user joins/leaves the chat room)
- Available on mobile skin

Cons:
- BBCodes aren't allowed (Only links, underline and bold)
- 20/50 user limit
- Cannot see when a member posts a new topic (we might add content feed inside the coatroom.)
