but it shows like 32000 matching spots for my "value" (soul crystals in my case)

and thus it's not possible to change any of them (no list will be shown)

fuzzy doesn't work either since it catches all changes (again far too many to be of use)

 

Is there a tool where I can "find all X that changed to Y" like say 'cheat engine' does it on a computer?
