Accessing "No Jailbreak Section" by paying with paypal?

I'm trying to access the no jailbreak section but only have access to a paypal account. Ive been searching he forums for 30 mins, and trying to contact DiDA by messages (is that the right thing to do?)

I did, and he only answered my first message and disappeared for like 25 minutes. Still waiting. I do understand he might be busy with other thing's but a simple "be back in 30 minutes" would've been helpful.

what? you don't need a paypal account to access non jailbroken section BUT you need a VIP account to access the VIP no jailbreak section, but there's a free section for non jailbroken  section

well.. DiDa was here when I asked him, but then he just disappeared. I should be going to bed soon but I just want to get done with it today. Is there a faster way to contact DiDA?
