Hello I'm using iPhone 7 running iOS 10.1.1 and I'm jail broken. I downloaded app admin and when I go to the App Store it shows the downgrade option but after clicking the version I want to downgrade to it does nothing. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It's probably the fact you're on iPhone 7, the jailbreak is a lot less stable on iPhone 7 and most tweaks have less support on iPhone 7

Happens to me too, i just keep trying and it worked but it crashes when i try to open the app

Well just install appcake and download it there (you can download old versions of games on appacake)

And App Admin doesn't work for me either

Try to reinstall appadmin then respring and then click on desire version to download

it will works....
