When im on ICleaner its Says my MiB space is on 100%, how do i clear up space?

Install the stashing tweak/ utility made by coolstar. It basically saves ur tweaks elsewhere so you can have more on your device.

i have that yet my GiB is 61.0% and MiB is 100%
