Help/Support -200 ERROR, after uploading a cover photo.

I tried to upload even a .gif file on my cover phto under the limit, it gave a error that it can't be uploaded.

I try to upload a simple photo and it gave me a -200 Error. 

Any kind of help will be appreciated.

It just says .gif files can be put. And even this photo is giving me a error

That's not even a photo.

Photo URLs must end with a valid image extension.
