you can clear all dungeons regarless of your level NEVER USE IT ON ASTROMON LEAGUE THO for tower i am lvl 38 and have a team of lvl 50s with 6star gem and am only able to clear up to 54  but not sure if you can go high if you can get pass that OP percephony
