Help/Support Impactor install fail

Excuse me every one for border you about it ! i have a problem with Cydia Impactor.
Im currently using iOS 10.2.1 ( none jailbreak device ) on iPad Mini3 and Window 10.

when i start install IPA file via Impactor it always fail and show this message " https://ibb.co/i8kwy5  " .

ios/submitDevelopmentCSR=7460
You already have a current iOS Development certificate or a pending certificate request.

i try to change Apple ID or redownload last version of Impactor but it still fail to install.

Try this : 

 Revoke Certificates

• Open Cydia Impactor
• Click on the Xcode menu and choose Revoke Certificates

• Enter your Apple ID and password
• Cydia Impactor will now revoke your certificate. Once done, try installing the desired IPA file again

Does it give an error or just crashes ?

Unfortunatley , there is no certain fix for that

Try reinstalling cydia impactor ...

hehe , no problem . The thing is Impactor works the best of you have a mac ...
