Help/Support How to trick app so it installs like very first time?

Hi,

How do ios apps keep track of whether it's being installed on ios device for the very first time, or if it's been installed before?

I have tried uninstalling app and then using iCleaner to clean, respring, then reinstall app again, but the app somehow knows and "resumes" my game state... I have also tried renaming my device name, logging out of gamecenter, iTunes, etc... so that when I reinstall there is no account info... but still the app knows somehow.

what other things or ways can we try to "clean" out any history or trace of having installed the app?

what I want is to be able to install app and have it be like the first time .. is this possible? thanks!
