Sometimes you just have to stop expecting things from others and proceed to do them on your own.

Lol just download from pc upload to Dropbox and get Dropbox on iPhone and download 

Install DropBox on PC -> download that file on pc -> upload it in your Dropbox account -> install Dropbox on iPhone -> log in same account and download it -> look for it in iFile and install
