Help/Support Need Genki Heroes Hack - No JailBreak

[Altwaal 3.3k iPhone 7 Plus 10.2.1]

I am so unlucky i have ipad 9.3.4 jailbreak is for 9.3.3 and i have iphone 10.2.1 jailbreak 10.2 ....

cant downgrade to jailbreak and not even sure if there will be new jailbreak  i saw few hacks on Genki Heroes but it requires Jailbroken iphone

is there a way i can do it without jailbreak it is a deb file can  i install it without jailbreak or is there any non jailbreak hack for it 

Can someone make a hack for it anything is fine

where do you encounter the no-permission error ?
