@Laxus I tested another device. iPad mini 6 runing 15.4.1 and Dopamine. Installed both versions of mod with Igamegod. When the game launches there's an error "Unable to find load 248". Installed both versions of tweak and installed both normal install and inject through igamegod.

IGG loads without a problem in the game, but when enabling the tweak, I get the Unable to find load 248 error. There is something wrong with the tweak. Maybe recompile and reupload.
