Pardon me. Forgot to say it was "No skill cooldown". 

There is no unlimitied specials for single player. Only Multi.

All of the cheats works fine for me single and for multiplayer. Try to reinstall the hack.

I concur. God mode doesn't work but 1 hit kill, no skill cool down and AI no attack does; haven't tested online though. Can still 100% auto the inheritance zone with it but hopefully god mode gets fixed.
