Help/Support Problems with the VIP payment

If got a big problem with the payment for VIP. First I write to DiDA for a alternative payment, but his answer was "No not for your rank. Only credit card is possible. So 1 week later i got my credit card. With big happiness I go to the Store and click buy VIP but nothing happens... I write again at DiDA that he can check it. His answer was no your money is not check in, it's back on your card. I try it 2-4 times and nothing works. I write again to DiDA what's going on ? What's the problem ? Answer: don't buy it again ! Your bank is the problem...

 

I buy with the Visa Card in SteamStore in AppStore and PSN and all works great.

I write the last hopefully message to DiDA. Please help my and give my a solution or a way to buy VIP. And than the shocked answer.: No not yet!

 

So what's going on ? He didn't want my money ? And I'm not the only one with that problem.

 

So I ask you all.

Do u know or have a solution?

 

I need some hacks like Golf Clash.

Esto debe ser muy honesto de este programa para que justifiquemos el pago del VIP y tener derecho a todos los beneficios, pero con cosas como estas se pierde mucha veracidad y credibilidad, a mi tambien me sucedio y me vi en la obligacion de reportar a mi banco, por favor atiendan este asunto, de lo contrario pueden perder mucho de los usuarios que venimos muy de seguido y creemos en los que participan en apoyar este noble y valioso trabajo de ayudar a todos los que no tenemos un dinero bastante para comprar otras cosas. Agradecido por este amigo que reclama y no encuentra solucion, en manos de los monitores de esta pagina que sigamos creyendo en Ustedes.
