Link is updated, Old one wasn't working for some reason.

Cydia Impactor would always get an error saying "installation.cpp:42 Could not extract archive" that problem should NOT happen if you download the new ipa

I don't see why it shouldn't work on iOS 10, I wouldn't know because I don't have an iOS 10 myself, but I heard it works from some friends who tried it out.
