I've tried that and done all of those things could you try it yourself so you'd see it's not working

Which device are you using? Reinstalled the game?

I've tried all of that but iPhone 7+ 10.1.1, the last hack by shmoo worked perfectly

What do you mean required hero for shadow lands? I've never seen a required hero.

For each floor on shadow land there is a requirment whether its blast speed or universal or a villan 

so if u didnt use the required one for that floor u wont deal enough damage

and for the hack to work u need at least a 3 star with a level of 30 and above
