I asked you to show me what was the ending file in those folders lol. But anyways they're in the "downloaded" folder so I'm sure it's nothing

It's just an app. One that was pending install, cancelled or something.

 

Don't think deleting it would cause problems. But backup anyways.

As DiDA said, it's most probably not important. Make a backup and delete them.
