1) To Use The Clear Button You Need 3D Touch

2) Swipe Down App Icon In Confero To Show The Notifications

3) Swipe Up App Icon In Confero To Dismiss The Notifications

4) Swipe Left/Right On The Notifications In Confero To Show The Next Apps Notifications

5) This Tweaks Menu Is Done By Pages
