Help/Support Car Town Streets app no longer working

I'm not sure why, but recently my Car Town Streets app hasn't been working. It starts loading then crashes to springboard. I didn't install any tweaks since it stopped working and I tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Any help would be appreciated. iPad 4 Wifi iOS 8.1.2

Thanks a lot, safe mode worked, and after running it in safe mode it's working in regular mode now. And I found out that xModGames speed hack thing works on Car Town

Oh yeah. The speed mod affects all apps and games so that could have been one of the problem. Another one might be iAPCrazy or LocalIAPStore.
