Errors With CYDIA... i try anything (READ PLEASE)

I have a Iphone 6 (10.2) with Jailbreak... i can do anything with Filza and Ifile (Cydia Impactor method)
but when i use cydia to install any tweak or something like "Cydia Substrate" or whatever, i have this errors:
 
1 - Trying to overwrite ´/Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries´, which is also in package com.saurik.patcy 1.2.0

 

and finally show this

 

2 - Sub-Process/usr/libexec/cydia/cydo returned an error code (1)

 

if somebody have any solution or anything... please! tell me!

FIX:

 

ONLY if you are getting: 'trying to overwrite /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries' error:

 

Download Mterminal (BigBoss repo) and open:

 

NOTE!! READ!!: TYPE IT EXACTLY HOW IT´S WRITTEN!! SEE THE CAPS LETTERS!!

• Type: su
• Type: alpine (password) if you do not see the letters, do not worry, you are writing 
• Type: cd /Library/MobileSubstrate/
• Type: ls -1 DynamicLibraries
• Type: mkdir DynamicLibraries
• Type: Exit

Close the MTerminal

 

Reboot

 

Rejailbreak

 

go to cydia... and download anything

 

FIXED!!

i have same cydo error i can't install apple file conduit 2 on iOS 10.2 i did try what's wroting below it doesn't work for me a lot of people are saying afc2 is working fine on iOS 10.2 but he won't install on my device

Had this problem earlier and took me forever but I ended up going to Cydia, Installed, At the top where it says User/Expert/Recent go to expert and scroll down and hit Patcyh and reinstall, For me it fixed it. Good luck!

Couldn't you do that with iFiles instead and delete the file and make the directory(Folder). I couldn't get Mterminal to work. it only leaves me with a message saying:
"Login:PAM Error (line 400): Module is unknown
[Exit 1]"
It's also unresponsive to anything I type
Im looking for help, so if anyone can pls provide it or direct me to a thread I would gladly appreciate it
