Help/Support Upgrade 9.3.3 to 10?

So I know there has been iOS 10 out for ages and I'd like to update my phone but was waiting for the jb to be stable. But now Apple has gone to 10.2.1 and the jb is for 10.2<.

 

So... I feel like I should know how to update via a pkg but truthfully I don't and all I seem to find is downgrading info. Can someone advise on upgrading the iOS without going to the latest 10.2.1 and just staying to 10.2 which is compatible with the jb?

As far as I know Apple does not sign versions below 10.2.1 anymore. So it is not possible for now to do both, update and jailbreak.

You missed your chance. iOS 10.2 is not being signed anymore
