Help/Support I got banned from GAMELOFT on NON Jailbroken device

i been banned because the game i play ( Order and chaos 2 ) i had both my devices linked together ( 1 jailbroken other is not ) i tried a method on your website and got out of ban from the jailbroken device but what about the non jailbroken one , is there anyway i can get it out of ban ? ( Btw all what i did was changing my location to find asian servers to play with a friend ) , i really want to play the game on my MAIN PHONE. Updated February 15, 2017 by rulefahd

i tried but no replay , gameloft knows for horrible customer service , thats what i'm worring about 

 

 

to correct ( MY DEVICE IS BANNED ) not the account

 

so a fast question , what if i sell my iphone to someone else and he wants to play the game, he will never could make it ?? ( sounds unfair ) thats why i think there is an outside of the box solution

maybe it's just an ipban like bullet force. renew lease for ur wifi to change the ip address

i tried 4G and different wifis but no chance thank you tho

i think you missed my issue i got banned because i used them i think , ( i didnt even try to hack the game all i did was using my other jailbroken phone which they were both linked in the game and used change location and change vpn to get asian server to play with a friend )

 

anyway , i tried it again but it didnt work , looks more like my iphone it self is banned some how

If you are lucky, and I hope you are, the ban will only last 2 days the first time. My suggestion to you, don't use a vpn to change locations to play any Gameloft game, they will ban you for it. Each ban last longer than the last. 2 days, 1 week, 2 weeks up to a permanent ban. They really don't play with mods/cheats. Even changing the time on your device will get you a ban.
