Help/Support Iphone thats on 9.3.2 Can't/wont update to 10.2

I have a iphone 6 plus thats running ios 9.3.2 and trying to install 10.2 (not 10.2.1) But itunes is just givving me errors, 15, 2005, 3149. Checked host file and its fine. Can i not update ios to 10.2? Do i have to update to 10.2.1? 

 

I'ts stock iphone 6 plus on 9.3.2 Non jailbroken.  If i can't update to 10.2 ill just jailbreak it at the ios its on.

Ah wasnt sure if i could use other tools on pc to install/update to 10.2, I'll just jailbreak it how it is
