Help/Support Cydia Substrate / overwriting DynamicLibrary

I can't really tell whats going on because I'm a complete novice I'm learning slowly but, yesterday I accidentally deleted "Cydia Installer" with help of someone from this forum today I've managed to get it back and Cydia working again. BUT! I cannot install any tweaks as everytime I try to install a tweak "Cydia Substrate" and the "Safe mode" are always there in the "install" part, nevertheless I run it and get a bunch of errors. I'm probably looking a complete idiot right now so, go easy on me haha.

 

So I thought I'd try installing Cydia Substrate and the Safe Mode on their own, still same errors, if anyone could shed some light on what I need to do would be greatly appreciated as I've been trying to fix this for hours...
