Help/Support Data not working

I know it's not like a hack queation or anything but for some reason my data isn't working. It shows LTE but it just doesn't load apps or youtube. I reastarted my phone but that doesnt help. I turned on cellular data and turn that back on but that doesn't work either. Please help someone.
