Help/Support Having mobile terminal error installing theos

I'm new to making hacks be nice

I have a iPhone 6plus jailbreak 10.2 Yalu

 

I'm installing theos and everything is going good until I try to start a tweak when I type

"/var/theos/bin/nic.pl"

it comes back and gives me an "" sh /var/theos/bin/nic.pl : /var/perl : bad interpreter : no such file or directory
