Help/Support Bug in Cydia iOS 10.2?

Whenever I try to click something on the Cydia home screen, it turns gray and doesn't allow me to click on it. If anyone can help, it will be greatly appreciated

There's no plus, that plus was meant to be "and." Tap and swipe slightly to the right
