As soon as I log into my account in bullet force then I attempt to join a game, the app begins to lag in fps then it crashes every time!! Please help

I have just reinstalled it and logged into my level 80 and attempted to join a game and it still does the same thing

It's a hacked account but I know that's not the problem because I tried to login with a guest account and the same thing happened
