 not

The reason O&C Trainer crashes is:

 

- You have not installed libpcap and libnet

 

or

 

- You have installed one of them from the wrong source

You should install the following tweaks from the source  libnet from 

http://theworm.altervista.org/cydia

Libpcap is from a default source, author: Jay Freeman (saurik)
